Intravenous Nutrient Therapy is a method of feeding vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other natural therapeutic nutrients directly into the bloodstream quickly, bypassing the digestive tract, where many nutrients may be partially or fully lost due to poor absorption.
Colon hydrotherapy is a safe, gentle infusion of warm, filtered water introduced into the colon (the large intestine), using no chemicals or drugs, to eliminate accumulated wastes and toxins from the area. This is a restorative, painless procedure which is both relaxing and effective.
Toxins exist everywhere and can lead to serious health problems. Toxins can negatively affect vital metabolic chemical pathways involved in energy detoxification, production and the formation of essential body substances. They have the potential to make you more susceptible to disease and infection. Since everyone is exposed to toxins, at Advanced Medical Care Center, we advise participating in a detoxification program that we develop where we use various elements and protocols. Because everyone has specific needs, the program is designed specifically for them.
In 1953, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration recognized EDTA (ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid, a synthetic amino acid) as a treatment for lead toxicity. The presence of heavy metals in the blood steam can cause an increased production of free radicals (highly active molecular fragments). When out of control, the free radicals can cause damage to surrounding tissue, triggering or aggravating various medical conditions. Following a recommended protocol, EDTA is administered intravenously, usually over a 2 ½ to 3 hour period. The Chelation drip includes the addition of vitamins and minerals.
There are many substances known to cause allergic reactions. The most common substances are dust, house dust mites, fur, feathers, tree and grass pollens, various plants, wool and other fabrics, nickel and other metals, gases and vapors given off by appliances, household cleaners, paints, solvents, plastics, pesticide residues, non-stick coatings, various drugs, including penicillin, and, of course, many foods and food additives. At Advanced Medical Care Center, we focus on proper nutrition, elimination food diets, liver detoxification and support, balancing gastro-intestinal flora, proper fluid intake, stress reduction and Allergy Desensitization Treatments.
